Lecture: Legal Fictions in the Language of International Arbitration

    Date

    Monday March 14, 2022

The MIDS is delighted to welcome you to the lecture on "Legal Fictions in the Language of International Arbitration" with Professor Eduardo Silva Romero.

The language of international arbitration is based on and encompasses several legal fictions. One can only understand the nature of international arbitration and its constant struggle for life by analyzing the nature of legal fictions and, ultimately, the nature of the Rule of Law.

This event is organized with the support of the MIDS Alumni Association. A cocktail reception will take place after the lecture (sanitary measures permitting).
