Biography

Ivan is a Czech attorney-at-law. For the last five years he has been working in a team of one of the leading law firm in Prague, the Czech Republic dealing with complex international commercial and investment disputes.

Ivan holds master (Mgr.) in Law and PhD in International and European Law from Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. He participated in several summer schools focusing on international arbitration, public and private international law. Ivan has also has competed and coached teams in several moot-courts, namely Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court and Jessup Moot Court. He also served as president of the Friends of Vis Moot Alumni Association in Brno.
