The CIDS has been invited to attend the 36th session of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III (WGIII), tasked with "Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform". The 36th session of WGIII will take place in Vienna from 29 October and 2 November 2018.
The CIDS Senior Researcher, Dr. Michele Potestà, will be representing the CIDS at the WGIII session.
