Biography

Anirudh is an Indian qualified lawyer with seven (7) years of experience in handling international and domestic arbitrations, annulment and enforcement proceedings, and commercial litigations.

He is currently pursuing the Geneva LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) as a MIDS-managed scholar and J.N. Tata scholar. In addition, he is pursuing the QLTS to qualify as a Solicitor in England and Wales (MCT cleared in July 2021; expected to qualify in 2022). He completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law University – Delhi in 2014.

Prior to the MIDS, he was Managing Associate at leading law firms – Saraf and Partners and L&L Partners – in India. He is well-versed in managing a diverse clientele and has represented clients across sectors such as construction, renewable energy, hospitality, technology, steel, media etc.

Besides client management, he has taught courses on Practical Approach to Dispute Resolution offered by Jindal Global Law School; and Types of Claims and Common Disputes in Contracts and Best Practices in Commercial Arbitration, for Certificate Programme in Contractual Dispute Resolution, jointly offered by the World Bank, Indian Council of Arbitration and All India Management Association.
