Thomas Schultz is Professor of International Arbitration at the University of Geneva and Professor of Law at King's College London. He is also the Editor-in-Chief and founder of the Journal of International Dispute Settlement.
He is the author of the books Transnational Legality: Stateless Law and International Arbitration (Oxford University Press, 2014), Information Technology and Arbitration: A Practitioner's Guide (Kluwer, 2006), Réguler le commerce électronique par la résolution des litiges en ligne (Bruylant, 2005) and Online Dispute Resolution (Kluwer, 2004, with Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler). His ongoing work includes The Oxford Handbook of International Arbitration (Oxford University Press, forthcoming 2018, co-edited with Federico Ortino), Arbitration: A Very Short Introduction (Oxford University Press, forthcoming 2018, with Thomas D. Grant), Arbitration Law and Theory (Hart / Bloomsbury, forthcoming 2019, with Stavros Brekoulakis), and Investment Arbitration as a Political System (Oxford University Press, forthcoming 2019, with Cédric Dupont and Jason Yackee).
