Raúl Emilio Vinuesa is Chair Professor of International Law and Human Rights, and Director of Post-Graduate Studies in International Relations at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Prof. Vinuesa has been appointed as president and co-arbitrator in several arbitral tribunals under ICSID, MERCOSUR, CARU, the Permanent Court of Arbitration and at the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, and is a former Judge ad hoc at the International Court of Justice. He has published several articles about international law in Spanish, French and English, and is also a Member of the Institut de Droit International since 1999.
