Biography

Emma is a Russian qualified lawyer specializing in Corporate Law and M&A and Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining MIDS program, Emma received her training and then became a junior associate at Baker McKenzie office in Moscow. She has been subsequently working with Meilling Voitishkin & Partners (Baker & McKenzie preferred law firm in Russia founded in 2022).

Emma obtained both LLB and LLM degrees with Honors at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, majoring in private law. As a law student, she has been awarded Best Speaker in V Russian Arbitration Association Moot Court. Now a member of its organizational committee Emma is co-authoring the RAA Moot Court Problem in accordance with ICC, HKIAC and other institutions rules, as well as arbitrates online and oral rounds. Emma's contribution to the arbitration moot court society also includes arbitrating in Vis Pre-Moots.

Emma is fluent in English, Russian and has sound command of French.
