Biography

Before joining the MIDS, Huan obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from King’s College London in 2023.

During his undergraduate studies, he was an active mooter (winner of the Baker Mckenzie Blockchain Moot 2023), and has qualified himself at the Society of Mediators.

Huan has a keen interest in international dispute resolution. In 2022 he interned at the Dispute Resolution Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm (Beijing office) and worked for several international commercial arbitration cases at SIAC and CIETAC. Through legal practice and specialised courses, he has developed a nuanced understanding of the CISG, English private international law, and rules on international arbitration.
