Biography

Ritika is an Indian qualified lawyer with five years of experience in dispute resolution. Before joining the MIDS, she was working as a Senior Associate in the dispute resolution team of Trilegal, a leading Indian law firm. In this role, she advised and represented a diverse portfolio of clients in international and domestic arbitrations, award annulment and enforcement proceedings, commercial litigations, and insolvency matters.

Ritika graduated with honours from the National Law School, Bangalore, during which she participated in the Willem C. Vis (East) Moot Court Competition (2014-15) and the FDI Investment Arbitration Moot (2015). In 2016, she assisted with the drafting of the arbitration rules of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration. Ritika was also Convenor of the Debating Society, and completed an exchange semester at the Queen Mary University of London in her final year of law school as a recipient of the Erasmus+ scholarship.
