Biography

Siddhi graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Science & Legislative Law and trained as an Articled Clerk with a renowned Solicitor’s Firm in the heart of Mumbai. Litigation and transactional work with an acute focus on the real estate sector formed a crucial part of her training. She worked on several high-stake arbitrations from commencement to enforcement stage and follow-on litigation. After successfully completing her clerkship and clearing the Examination for Articled Clerks, she is now enrolled as a Solicitor with the prestigious Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

While specializing in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at the National University of Singapore, she undertook directed research in the field of international investment arbitration. As an International Arbitration Group Intern at a prominent global law firm, she acquired first-hand experience in handling cross-border disputes. She also worked on shipping disputes with a well-known law firm in Singapore, where she had the opportunity to explore contemporary legal issues in a multi-jurisdictional context and acquaint herself with the laws of Singapore.

At MIDS, she seeks to diversify her common law background and gain a truly global perspective in the field of International Dispute Resolution.

Outside of law, she enjoys taking pictures and translating those visuals into words.
