Sanjana has been practicing commercial dispute settlement since 2014, after her graduation from National Law University, Jodhpur, India with dual honors in Policy Sciences and Law with a specialization in Criminal Law. As an Indian qualified lawyer, she has been part of multiple litigations spread across the country’s legal terrain.
In addition to participating in ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations relating to electricity, foreign investment, infrastructure and construction, she has also worked on constitutional and public policy disputes against the State on behalf of private entities. As part of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co., a premier Indian law firm, Sanjana has represented international clients based out of Russia, South Korea, Dubai and France aside from representing both public and private Indian companies and their shareholders.
At the MIDS, Sanjana is pursuing her aim of being a specialist in dispute settlement.
