Remah is an Egyptian-qualified lawyer with two years of experience in both International Arbitration and Commercial Contracting. Additionally, he practiced in legally managing partnership agreements and “merger & acquisition” transactions.
Currently, he is a part-time legal counsel for the Egyptian entity “ELEVEN FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT’’ located in Cairo. Previously, he was an Advisor for a multinational company headquartered in Paris called “Magic Travels” from October 2019 until October 2020. Academically, he worked as a Freelance Associated Legal Expert in a legal research project supported by Leiden University Fund and the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies.
Remah graduated from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University and earned an LL.B from Cairo University “French Section”. In addition, he has completed his first year of Masters “Master 1” in International Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University. He has long been interested in Common Law and he successfully completed an intensive certified program from Harvard University which focused on Contract Law, Partnership Agreements & Interpretation of Contracts.
As law student, he has successfully participated in “Classe des Juristes” and the 2018 Euro-Arab Summer School organized by Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University.
