Biography

Evgeny received his bachelor’s degree in law at the Higher School of Economics (2016), then completed a master’s programme in Private International Law (2018) at the same university. Strong interest in law also helped him to receive the Government Scholarship to study international law in China. He published a number of articles on international law and taught “Private International Law” course at a Russian leading university.

During his career, Evgeny has participated in arbitrations under ICC, SCC, SIAC, ICAC, and RF CCI rules as a counsel at a top-ranked law firm Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners (RGD). RGD focuses on international dispute resolution, precisely on complex litigation and arbitration projects along with investment cases. Apart from international disputes, Evgeny is experienced in advising on litigation projects.

Prior to joining RGD, Evgeny was with the Litigation & Arbitration practice of a leading law firm in Russia and the CIS. His career path began at the international law firm De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani.
