Biography

Nicolas was born in 1983 and is a lawyer sworn in as a member of the Geneva Bar (Switzerland) since 2009. He specializes in international commercial arbitration, eArbitration, ODR/ADR, contract law, new technologies, internet law, privacy, IT, information security and intellectual property.

He worked as a lawyer in Geneva for several years, notably on complex international commercial arbitration, application development and international civil service cases. In 2014, he co-created eJust, an eArbitration Center, as in-house counsel - in Paris and Geneva. He was one of the drafters of their first rules of arbitration.

Nicolas is also an entrepreneur and notably created eLex.io in 2005, one of the largest law student community platforms of Switzerland. He was among the drafters of the Open Law Charter for an Online Legal Market and its actors (Paris) and was project manager for the development of several web applications.

He participated as a speaker or moderator in several conferences on topics related to the LegalTech community, information security and new developments in the legal profession.

Nicolas has a passion for music; he composed, recorded and published several piano albums.
